The dental techs, dentists were great. The management is questionable at best. Initially went in not knowing my insurance was quoted a fair amount, received my insurance from employer and was quoted at a lesser amount after the insurance was ran. 2 months later my insurance denied the claim, stating my policy doesn't cover the services I received. If you quote someone a quote is a quote. You don't quote a amount without verifying what insurance will and will not cover. So now I'm paying more than what the original quote without insurance was. Management needs to be properly trained in understanding EOB's and the quoting process.

Martine my hygienist was the only light in my several visits. 5 stars to her. When removing a temporary crown they slipped and damaged another tooth. No one apologized, no one explained what was going on. They slapped some medicine and filling cover on it, gave me a $1500 quote to fix it, and sent me home. No accountability or integrity. They were supposed to call me to consult with a specialist for the broken tooth repair. They never called. I never got any return calls either. Customer service only responded through the office manager who made me feel like I was the problem. There were no solutions. They only wanted my money.

The Murfreesboro location was very nice and the employees were super considerate during my visit. Billing needs to be more transparent and upfront with detailed breakdowns. I had to keep asking clarifying questions and push to get all the details about the expected charges. Financing was needed but was super quick and I feel very affordable. No more than your typical high interest credit card. To reiterate though. The billing associate who helped me was very nice and supportive of my questions and was not trying to hide anything or keep anything from me. They can only do what the system allows them to do. So it is NOt their issue. It is an aspen dental corporate software issue. But I am set to return for my continued dental work and remain very happy and accepting of this specific location. Would be 5 stars but aspen dental corporate has to be taken into overall consideration

I had a great experience with Martina, the hygienist. She was incredibly gentle, thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and gave helpful tips for maintaining good oral hygiene at home. Her professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out. I truly appreciate her care and attention to detail—highly recommend!

Martina is extremely professional and genuinely caring. She has a calm and friendly way that helps you feel at ease right away. She takes the time to explain things clearly and makes sure you understand every step. You can see how dedicated she is to her work and how much she values her patients. She is very gentle, patient, and pays attention to every detail. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent and trustworthy care.
